Please have the multiple people who are in the bay tell customers when you aren't accepting service walk-ins rather than standing around and watching a mother get her two toddlers and all of their stuff out of the car and THEN having someone come running outside, "Oh sorry, we aren't taking walk-ins today." I stopped by yesterday to consider buying a 2017 Toyota Tundra. I wasn't a 100% sure due to having my Tacoma still financed, but that's when I met Jimmy Rhody a very nice and knowledgeable sales rep at Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg.
