Went in to trade in my old car and look at a Scion iA. Jimmy helped us out and I can say I never expected such a pleasant time buying my first car. Came in today to see George Fallin, at the recommendation of a friend, and was thrilled with the honesty and professionalism of this gentleman. George walked me through the options available on the purchase of my new car, and explained everything in a knowledgeable and thorough manner. He helped me get a great deal, and was never pushy or "salesman-like". I highly recommend George, and will return to him in the future.
I stopped in this showroom today after visiting CarMax. I stood in the parking lot for a minute or so. I went into the showroom and stared around for a minute. I saw at a chair and table at the front of the store for 3-5 minutes. I got up and left and drove around the lot. Not one time did any employee offer to help me. I was interested in finding out my trade-in value for my BMW and the cost of a Camry or Avalon or Corolla due to a new job with a much longer commute. My overall shopping experience was 100% better at CarMax.
The sales man Thomas did a great job of explaining the different vehicles that Toyota has to offer. And took time out to let me test drive a few of them because I was not sure of what I wanted. Thomas has a great attitude and very informative.
I purchased a 2014 4Runner from their pre-owned department two weeks ago. My sales representative, Adam Porter, was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job helping me select my vehicle. Their finance department also did an incredible job getting me a very low interest rate that could not be matched anywhere else. I would 100% recommend Rosner to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota.
