Worst dealership in the Burg! Go past this dealership and save yourself the frustration. Bought a used car with a clean Carfax, only to find collision paperwork in the glovebox. The dealership told me they can't do anything about it. Now I'm the proud owner of a wrecked vehicle. What's the point of a Carfax?! Buyer beware.
Had my vehicle for over 3 hours before looked at it. 20 minutes later it was done. I really don't think they looked at it. Not happy.

I can't say enough how much I love my new Toyota Highlander. Jimmy Rhody took great care of me. He took the time to explain everything and let me take my time in deciding on if i wanted it or not. I would recommend him to everyone!
The salesman (Brandon Childs) at Sheehy Toyota was terrific. He was very professional, friendly and really tried to meet our needs when it came to looking for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, the management could not move as far as we would have liked on a used 2014 Toyota Highlander so we decided on a different vehicle from some place else. I had a great experience buying my Tundra. We drove from Chester Va because Rosner had such a good reputation. However after a month of having my truck sheehy bought rosner out which I was so disappointed however so far no issues. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 is the wait time is crazy. I would recommend not scheduling so many vehicles to be serviced if the wait time is gonna be 3 hours. I had an 8:15 appointment to get my 5k service done. I was there on time and it took over 2 hours that get done. Seem to be short handed with the reps. People that came in after me were leaving before me. Not happy at all
