Luckily I have another Facebook account. Sheehy has blocked me from writing on their page. Their incompetent mechanics serviced my car for two years. Only a year after I bought it...I ended up towing it back to the dealership because the engine cut off while driving down the highway. My experience with Sheehy Toyota was a very pleasant one. The salesman work with us found a vehicle that's suited our family and our tight budget. I have owned the car for 11 months now is a 2017 Corolla. I've had zero issues with the car the only thing I do wish was the oil changes and 5000 mile maintenance was done a lot faster than a few hours. All in all I doubt I will be going anywhere else for a vehicle.
Piss poor sales experience. Salesmen was awful. Not helpful, no negotiations. Would not recommend it. If you are a salesman then you should be a people person and more helpful and tell people more of what you can do and not what you can’t !!!
Sheehy came through and refunded the unused portion of the Easy Care warranty we initiated at time of purchase, it just took much longer than I anticipated to register online as being completed. But they did what they said they would do.
