I recently traded in my F250 for a Tacoma through Sheehy of Fredericksburg. Having been pestered and bothered by excited salesmen in the past I was hesitant to go in at all. Two weeks ago, I purchased an 2014 Honda civic from Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. The sales person that I had, Jim Glasner, was very personable. He took the time to explain what the car has and how to operate certain items within the car. He did not pressure me at all. I was able to take my time on deciding on the car. He took very good care of me. When it is time to buy a new car I will definitely go to him.
After buying a new 2017 Toyota Highlander from Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg I would like to think Thomas Cannaday he is very nice young salesman he took very good care of my wife and I. Also, I'd like to thank the Finance Manager John Curtis, they both got everything figured out and resolved it smoothly. Also thanks for the Nascar tickets. A happy wife is a happy life. Sheehy Toyota dealership proved again that they practice worst service and couldn't care less: Dropped the car of at 6:45am, left the key in the drop box, where it still was untouched at 4pm... Unbelievable.
Tech forgot to let me know that I needed a part replaced until he was all done. Then had to wait another hour to get that fixed. I usually get better service there.
We bought a new 2017 Rav4 for our son in January. We visited a few Toyota dealerships in the area but none compared to Sheehy Toyota in Fredericksburg. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our saleperson, Jimmy Rhody was the best that we have ever dealt with while searching for and purchasing a new car! He was super personable and he really took the time to listen & search for what we really wanted. I traded in my 2 door 2007 Volkswagen GTI and purchased a Certified Used 2013 Scion XB from David Dunne during the transition from Rosner to Sheehy . During and after the staff has been extremely helpful and plesent. David in particular has been in the automotive business for a really long time.
