Service has always been amazing! Josh came and explained all the recommendations. The service department has always been very honest about if a recommendation is needed immediately or if it can wait til the next service date. Makes me far more confident bringing my car in knowing I am being treated fairly.

Here is an update on my car situation: I began this process by going to Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg, I called the customer service helpline about a warranty extension I received from Toyota about my 2012 Scion IQ that describes a condition like the one my car had and that they would replace the cylinder head cover "valve cover" and clean the combustion chambers free of charge under the warranty.
