I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has given me nothing but brake problems. (It also needed transmission service) Service says nothing is wrong with them but they scream every-time I break. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Sheehy.
Provide good service.....wait 2 hours....but... even though the waiting area is very nice with T.V....a lot of the customers including myself listen to a child screaming and crying for 30 minutes......staff needs to handle to give customers peaceful setting!!
We went to buy a car yesterday to this dealership and ended up with a 2016 Toyota Corolla! Mr. Jim Glasner made our experience super easy. He really listened to what we needed and paired us up with the right car. We did not feel pressured at all. I will recommend this dealership to everyone!
Took too long even after I made an appointment and wouldn't pass me on one stupid tire and told them I was getting it done but had to wait for my check to come in

Jim Glasner is a superb professional who listens to what YOU want, not what he just wants to sell. Through a series of unfortunate scheduling snafus, I had to keep changing when I could meet with him. He never got frustrated and was always cheerful in making things work for me. When I finally was able to get to the lot, he had a selection of cars for me to choose from, and when I through him a curveball about seeing a car on another Sheehy lot, he just said "let's go see it". Loved it! Went in on Saturday and bought a new Avalon! Loved the experience so much we went back on Monday and purchased on new Camry for our business!! Thanks Jimmy Rhody for the outstanding salesmanship and service!
