Don't bother making an appointment at this location because they don't honor your appointment time. Just walk in and tell them you're waiting for your car and they'll take care of YOU instead of taking care of the people who went to the trouble of making an appointment--even if the people with appointments are waiting. They have done this to me, and just did it again to my wife today. Take your business elsewhere until they get a decent shop management team here.
Went to Rosner to get the engine serviced when the engine light came on and some how during the repair and the courteous safety check, the windshield wipers were but back on backwards. Don't know their right from left so how can I trust them to fix more complicated issues. Avoid this place at all costs!
Second Toyota Tacoma purchased from Rosner, 1st one was a 2004, and this one a 2014 Limited, nothing but positive things to say about Rosner.
I am always treated like a Queen. Mike Camlin is the reason I an now on my 8th Toyota!
I find your business to be discriminatory towards women. You tried charging me $150 higher than my 2 original quotes!!! And this isn't the first time! Last time I went for an oil change you charged me for 7 qts. of synthetic oil while my Tacoma only takes 6 qts. I have never dealt with such shady practices. BUYER BEWARE!!! Especially if you are a female!
