Service department is a joke lack of communication to the customer. Customer shouldn’t have to call them and tell them how to read a night drop off paper when u clearly tell them on there to call u first before they do any work on it that u asked so u know how much it will cost . HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND TAKING UR VEHICLE THERE . sales side of company is good Andrew did a great job on helping me find the right truck I wanted . Just disappointed in the service department .
Megan in service needs some customer service training. She promised my car would be completed by noon and by 1 pm no had even looked at my car. I left a message with my complaint and haven't had even one response. The service dept needs alot of improvement.
Quick lane is TERRIBLE!!!! Doesn’t change oil, but moves vehicle only (because keys weren’t in drop box). Time before left oil cap off and messed up a lot of things. Last time appt was 10am, 5hrs later got it back, they said they missed me, “so sorry, please don’t give us a bad review ‘. Are you freaking kidding???

crystal in the service department lies and the service department is horrible. Go to Richmond Ford and save yourself the hassle of the lies and run around you will get here.
