Atrocious service department. One bad experience could be isolated but multiple repeat performances has caused us to get service elsewhere moving forward. Most recent example: dropped off our truck for a 10am service with a pick-up time of 2pm. Arrived for pickup at 3:30 and they hadn’t even started service but said it would be 45-60 minutes. Worst customer service ever...put my car into the shop on Thursday was supposed to get a call back never did then my dad today gets a call for the car and they fold him that something wasn’t covered with the “warranty” that they sold us and that apparently they had called me around 3:45 one day and got my approval (which they did not) and so he goes to pick it up and it was 600 bucks just for a part and “labor”...i called everyday between Thursday and today was put on hold for 30 mins or went to voicemail with no call back f... read more
Decent buying experience. Sales guy was great, finance guy was pushy. Bought my used truck in March 2018, had to replace the motor in June 2018. Trying to get in touch with people after the motor went bad took an act of Congress. No one returned phone calls or had any info on what was happening with the truck while it was in there shop. Both Sheehy Ford of Ashland and Sheehy Nissan of Mechanicsville had terrible customer service. Got a great deal on the truck but everything after that was pitiful at best.
We had a great experience with Sherry! Took over 90 minutes to speak to finance, and the business wasn’t very busy at all. Sherry checked in on us the next day to make sure we were still loving our new Ford Focus!
Awesome, staff, great dealership and they know tier business very well. Mr. ford would be proud of them.
This was a great buying experience. I had contacted several dealerships looking for a 2018 Fusion SE and all of them seemed to be a bit high. I then expanded my search and found sheehy. The price on their website was 1500 below anything I had managed to get from local dealers so I made a road trip after contacting them They didn't move on the web price, but it didn't matter.
