I took my car to sheehy Ford in Ashland Va the worse thing I could have ever done,they call said the car was fix and ready I picked it up paid 1746$ didn't make it out of Ashland the car cut off had it toed back to sheehy,another mistake, they took my money out of my account then call and they say that I had more problems it was going to cost me 700$ more to fix it I said no you haven't fix my car I want my money back they refused to give it back so I basicly paid for nothing I'm really pissed off!!BUT I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT
Taking my business somewhere else!!!! Very dissapointed in unwillingness to work with us. Beware the "fine print!" Deals are not as advertised!
If I could give no stars I would!! The service department is the worst I have ever seen. If you want to wait with your car there are no appointments for a week or more. If you drop it off, magically there appointments for anytime. I waited last Thursday for two hours, because a piece was broken on my brand new car, for them to tell me they had to order it. They said it would be in, in two days. Didn't get a call until this week. Now they said they can't put it in until Monday or Tuesday. What!?! It's a clip I can put in myse... read more
Just bought my 3rd vehicle from Sheehy Ashland yesterday. Worth driving an hour in order to get the vehicle I wanted at a good price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
