I have to highly recommend Antoine Lovick. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. The dealership is laid back and has a nice facility as well. They have a huge variety of vehicles to choose from and if they don't have it, they will get it for you.
The service department is awful. The first trip after buying a brand new car and getting put on the VIP club was for an oil change that should be free. But of course they have to add "extras" and "recomendations" that aren't included in the VIP thing. Last trip was for an inspection. After finally being able to make an appointment we dropped the car off the night before for a 7am appointment. Called them at 1:30 and was told they would check on the progress and call me back. Traveling from NJ, we had to stop because all the power outlets in our GMC quit... the guys in parts were so nice.. they came out and helped us... fixed our problem, no charge.... Thank you guys, you really made a long trip great!
Best customer service!! Only place I will go and purchase my vehicles, oh and go see Vincent Terrell he will find you what you want and at a great price!!! Called him and he was able to leave Williamsburg from shopping and head to work to help us out now that's dedication!!!
They are consistently 30 minutes late on appts. Check your mileage before and after service as well.
I purchased my 2009 Santa Fe about a year ago and it was a great experience. Was enrolled in the VIP program which include oil changes, inspections etc good deal right Well today I scheduled an oil change and brake pads was quoted would take 2 hours...well that was at 11:30 and its now 3:45 and I'm still waiting!!!!! This has made me miss a day of work and now late to pick up my child from camp. 45 mins ago was told it was about done. This is really awful. No one offered a courtesy car or ride, no options!!!
