Anthony is awesome! We had such a great experience with him and EVERYONE in the dealership! We found our car online (2017 Ford Fiesta SE Hatchback), and when we got to the dealership, Anthony was outside waiting for us although we were late. Customer service sucks , I tried to set up appointments for oil change for weeks , it's always a run around . I've had nothing but trouble with the service department.. personnel I should've continued to buy from HALEY ford but I tried sheehy but will not again .. sheehy ashland is getting like those smartass midlothian sheehy salespeople .. We have purchased two vehicles here and have had problems with everything from purchase to Service afterward. I would definitely not recommend Sheehy to anyone. To be more specific, our 2016 Focus is having a serious transmission problem that nearly left us on the side of the road yesterday. We took it in today and were told it would be a week before they could even diagnose it. My Husband has no reliable transportation to get back and forth to work. I am so tired of dealing with Sheehy Ford of Ashland I'm on my way to trade my vehicle in somewhere else. everytime I go it's a problem. They never fix the problems they told me they were going to fix when I bought the vehicle and they told me I had a full warranty when I bought the vehicle and now they're saying I only had a 60 day two thousand mile warranty on basically a brand new vehicle. The VIP service is great.very glad I have it. So easy to yous.
What a rip off. I brought my vehicle for its normal oil change. In addition I want them to look at a squeaking you hear when I pull forward. They want $120 just to diagnose it and that does not go towards the repair. They wouldn't even listen to it just to see if it's an easy problem they can figure out unless I pay $120. Guess I will have to live the squeak. Thanks Sheehy Ford, way to treat a loyal customer since 1996.
