Worst experience ever buying a vehicle! I was in the market for a 2011-2014 Ford Edge sport and saw this one back in late March become available with no pictures online. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the manager. asked about the price and pictures. he wanted my name phone number email and just about everything else about me before giving me a price! Another disappointing day with Sheehy Ashland! Dropped my car off for state inspection and oil change before 7am. Called at 2pm for an update and had to wait for “my advisor” to call me back. After another hour with no call, I called back. They have just started working on my car at 3pm, but my appointment was at 7am🤔. Now it will be another TWO HOURS before my car is even possibly done.
On 4/19 I was told I can’t get an appointment for an oil change until May! I’m still in shock and trying to figure out where else I can go since I paid for the VIP package. Make sure you book looooooooong in advance.
They advertise low prices online to get you in just to say its a price error and vehicle was sold for fleet and those are fleet prices. This was on TWO vehicles. One was still on lot. After leaving they upped prices. I have screen shots of it.
Very poor customer service. Had deal to buy car that was at another Sheehy dealership after driving a similar vehicle. Asked to drive car before signing. Was told no problem. Scheduled appointment to drive. Planned to drive off the lot. Received a call day before “new policy” you have to sign first. Clearly they did not want my business. No offer to accommodate in anyway. Based on all the reviews this is an issue in all departments.
I have a truck you sold me that is completely rusted at the bottom. It’s been five months and now the truck don’t Work and my kids n I can’t get to work or school in time. But most of all my son has bone cancer and I really need to be able to go to his appointment and to his classes. My job don’t have public transportation so I don’t know how get to Wk and pay for a car every month that don’t work I pay almost 600 a month in truck note and you sold me something that wasn’t safe cause it broke down in the middle of rush hour ... read more
