Agreed this place is a rip off. Trying to rip customers off on service any way they can. As far as contacting the GM I have left a voice message and CCd him on about 20 emails and still no response from Paul. I would NEVER buy a Ford product again they are a piece of crap and they don't honor any warranty. I have a 2017 F450 that should still be under warranty that the entire fuel system is shot on! Sheehy says it's a fueld issue. I think it's a money issue. Run far and fast from Ford and this dealership.

Customer service in the Service Dept ain’t worth a dime..I’m telling the lady that answered the phone my problem, and was rude as hell... I was talking and she didn’t say hold on or anything..just transferred me to another department with a ringing phone 😡😡
