My nephew has been dealing with this company for about a year or so. They haven’t fixed the defeats on his car and he is still making payments to this company with no car to drive. They are absolutely horrible and don’t care about their customers what so ever. Worst car dealership ever.

The sales team of Ryan Gittman and Alaina Hawkins communicated with me in a timely manner to answer questions and to set up my viewing and test drive sessions of several vehicles in their inventory. My fiancé and I just traveled from Virginia Beach to look at a Honda Civic Hatchback. We get all the way up here and they tell us the car is no longer at the dealership and has been transferred... If they KNEW that the car was no longer at the dealership, they should have CALLED us and CANCELLED our appointment rather than travel 2 HOURS. Very disappointed in the customer service!!

They’re dishonest, purchased a used car, got the car joke report and it came back clean, next day, checked car over carefully( raining the night we took it) and found extensive accident damage and subpar paint and repair work along with extensive damage not repaired, took car back and annulled the contract, they didn’t want to do it at first but I threatened to call state police for the unreported damage they “FORGOT TO LIST” and they cancelled the contract! Go anywhere else but here!!!!!!!!!!
