RecommendedMy husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Sheehy Ford, we went to look at another vehicle but Ryan showed us this 2018 Jeep that we fell in love with. Ryan was such a wonderful associate and was such a pleasure to work with. He even surprised us with a whole car detailing kit after I had joked with him saying my Jeep was already dirty one day later! Thank you again for your wonderful service. We will be back!

Sheehy Ashland has got to be the worst in customer service and the most unknowledgeable service department I have ever had any dealings with. I have a 2019 Ford Fusion that was purchased April 2019 from Sheehy Richmond. I work near Ashland so decided to use them for service versus going back to Richmond. Crazy just left dealership looking at buying a used car. Said give me your best and final price and was asked when would I purchase I said anytime next day or so and she stapled her card to the car fax and says about 20k let me know when your ready if we still got it we will see what we can do.... what? I’m there your suppose to do what you can to keep me there and sell me.... a ways heading to hyman brothers to purchase.
