Poor response after used car purchased. Used car manager always gives false commitment to me. Nick awad not responding over phone and email also. Sales team person Antonio make more features without our knowledge like VIP customer , Extended warranty like that.
Makes employees work ALL DAY on Christmas Eve, if you’re on commission, good luck making money because everyone will BE WITH THEIR FAMILIES, not visiting a dealership. Poor morals.
RecommendedSo when I bought the car, Kerry is AMAZING!! For that reason alone, I recommended. However, the current service situation I am in is a NIGHTMARE!!! The service department has had my car now for 5 days. it was supposed to be done on the first day. Nobody calls with updates. Everytime I call they say it's not going to be ready "today." I've heard that FIVE times!! I'm so angry. The service department is worthless!!
Customer service for me has always been great. Yes you may have to wait a couple hours but they will give you a courtesy ride to and from anywhere close by.
Horrible customer service . " V.I.P. " maintenance is a joke . 2-3 hour wait for an oli change . Zero satisfaction !!!
