I purchased an F-250 on August 8th and have to admit that this was one of the best experiences I've had in my 50 year buying history. It was a wonderful experience to work with this dealership and it’s employees. Andre Felder was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable in regard to the vehicle purchased and answered any questions we had about our purchase. The staff here should be ashamed of themselves! I'm not even sure how they are still operating with their beyond crappy customer service (minus Justin Sims & Rachel) and overall this place just gives me bad vibes. I bought a 2013 escape in 2016, and in the last 4 years I've gotten it serviced on time and it was very taken care of. Everytime I would take it to Sheehy for service there was always something wrong with my vehicle afterwards. Spent an ENTIRE day on the phone and email looking for a GT 5.0 Mustang. I’m not “pressed” to sell my current Mustang (a 2018 Ecoboost pictured) and I get told they’ll give me 17,000 for it sight unseen. Then they tell me I’ll need to make a down payment on the deal to offset the negative equity, which is pretty standard and I have no issues with that.
