Because the service department is terrible. Taking almost 3 hours for an inspection with an appointment is ridiculous. Worst service ever!!

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Just graduated college and wanted to buy my first new vehicle. I got a 2020 F-150 XLT. Since then, this truck has been A NIGHTMARE! In the first 4 months, I had to have it serviced 6 times. Mostly for electrical and camera issues. It took the service department an entire month to get me a working back up camera. Just tried to make an appointment and the lady who answered was so rude. I was trying to ask a question and instead of letting me finish she kept over talking me.... This has happened a few times now. There scheduling appointment department (BDC) is rude and needs to learn customer service....
I took my truck to be serviced at Sheehy last week. A critter got under my truck and cause damaged to the wires so I was happy to hear that they could get me in ASAP. A person called me and told me the extent of the damage and that it would take a couple of days to fix. I agreed to the service thinking since the length of time to hold my car and the amount of damage justified the cost. However, I received a phone call later that day saying my car was fixed.
