RecommendedI’ve gotten all of my wife’s jewelry from Shane Co. and if we ever need stuff cleaned or fixed they take care of everything! I haven’t had a company take care of me and my family the way this location has! It’s encouraged me to make sure I get anything jewelry related form here! They have a customer for life!!!!! Only thing I’d ask is they bring back the chocolates! Not for me 😅 but for my kids 😂

I went in to get an estimate to replace the stone knowing that, since I had never taken it in for cleaning, servicing, etc., my warranty was void. Elizabeth, my rep, BLEW ME AWAY!! She came back & said NO CHARGE!!...AFTER 20 YEARS! Not only did she offer to replace the missing stone for FREE, but do several other necessary maintenance items as well to get my ring back up to pristine... read more

RecommendedI realized that my diamond had fallen out of my ring. We searched everywhere and couldn’t find it—we had been so many places and no one has turned it in. I walked into Shane Co. not knowing what to expect, and they took care of me and did everything in their power to get me as close to my old ring as possible.
