My fiance and I have had wonderful experiences here! We even had a painless return experience! I love my beautiful ring and I've yet to see anyone else with anything similar!
Very friendly people and they don't push you to buy. The best thing that I like about it is that you can keep on upgrading your ring and it never loses its value there. I will definitely be back soon with my wife for our next upgrade

I live 90 miles SW of Indy, and drove up last week to drop off my engagement ring for a sizing, which usually would be available for pick up in a couple days. Stacey, the ShaneCo sales associate working with me, took my ring to the crafters and was successful in putting a rush on the order. It was ready in about 20 minutes! Saved me a long drive back to Indy!
