After I had my youngest child I developed an allergy to my ring which was white gold. I called Shane co and they did not have my ring in platinum. I was sad to hear this since I really like my ring and didn’t want a new one as it wouldn’t mean as much to me upgrading so soon after getting married. Shane co contacted their jeweler and they agreed to make my ring in platinum. They offered a grade trade in price for my original ring and I didn’t have to pay too much out of pocket for the upgrade in metal. We are very impressed ... read more

His enthusiasm and passion for his job and Shane Co, as a whole was infectious!
