Had a wonderful experience at Shane Co. thanks to the help of Mitchell! He introduced himself right away and made a point of calling us by first name after learning them! Went in to get my ring cleaned, he cleaned and polished it right away so we didn't have to come back and pick it up. He was very attentive in helping me and my fiancé find the right bands for us! We bought a new engagement ring and matching wedding band for our anniversary here. Sarah at the Concord store help us find exactly what we wanted in our price range. Stopped by here right before a huge April snow storm on our way back to Chicago to look at engagement rings with my now fiancé. Margie helped us find the perfect ring and diamond, was amazingly kind, honest, and never pushy. While they were setting the diamond we hung out with the rest of the staff, joked around and had fun, and tried on a variety of other jewelry while waiting out the 45 minutes. Had a great experience here! Felt very welcomed, not judged by the way we “look” or when we told our salesperson Naomi what our price range was for our wedding bands. She definitely worked with us, suggested beautiful rings and knew exactly what we wanted! Naomi was definitely helpful, super friendly and explained in every detail how Shane Co works.
