I went into Shane Co not knowing what to expect. As soon as you walk through the doors you are greeted and they were wonderful in assisting me. I would HIGHLY recommend Hillary for anyone who just wants to look and find what they like!
Not only was Nykki Massengill absolutely fantastic with working with me to find my dream ring, Shane Co is also a great place to purchase your engagement ring. Amazing customer service and I just had my ring appraised for insurance and Shane Co stayed true to pricing for what the ring is actually worth. No outrageous markups or anything like that. Nykki and Bogdon did a WONDERFUL job helping me and my fiance pick the perfect engagement ring. My fiance worked with Nykki to pick out a gorgeous center stone and then I came back and worked with Bogdon to pick the style I wanted with two beautiful Kentucky blue sapphires worked into the design. I couldn't have asked for better, more knowledgeable, and patient salespeople to help us pick something that worked wonderfully for both of us!

After 37 years of marriage, I decided I needed to upgrade my simple yellow gold solitare and wedding band to the white gold jewelry I now wear. I went to Shane Co and they were able to help me find just the right setting. I wanted to still use my original diamond and I wanted to incorporate sapphires as that is my birthstone. Only place I will purchase jewelry at. They stand by their work 100% and the quality speaks for itself. They do not hard sell, haggle, or try to sell you protection packages (because its included for lifetime). Do yourself a favor and go here before you buy at the mall.
