RecommendedI cannot express how much I am impressed with Shane’s, the quality and customer care are just amazing! The warranty is astounding, a stone was lost from a ring setting and the next day I went in to get it looked at, not only would there be no charge to replace my stone, they had that ring in my size at store and sent me home with it! Excellent experience!

Big thanks to sweet Jackie who helped get my wedding band fixed with a new sapphire! Haven’t been able to wear it for a while as the center stone came out and was lost. I was worried about getting it fixed as my husband had bought the ring online over a decade ago from a designer in Ireland. Jackie helped me find a perfect stone and I had my ring only a few days later!!! It looks like brand new!! thank you soo much!!! < 3
Oh wow is all I can say!! My husband and I bought .y ring there 20 years ago! Well it needed some repair (as I never take it off) and they found more wrong then we thought. Welp the vendor isn't around anymore so they (fully covered) sent it out to be remolded and built from scratch! I got it it back today and AMAZING!! Thank you Shane Co. You all are truly AMAZING!!
