I realized that my diamond had fallen out of my ring. We searched everywhere and couldn’t find it—we had been so many places and no one has turned it in. I walked into Shane Co. not knowing what to expect, and they took care of me and did everything in their power to get me as close to my old ring as possible. Never did they make me feel at fault and they showed empathy. Even Santa lent a caring ear! You never expect to have to use a warranty in this way, but Shane will be there for you if it does. Extremely friendly staff. Loved the fact that you could choose the ring first, and then pick the diamond you thought went best with it. Was very patient while she looked at all the different rings and styles before choosing the right one.

After I had my youngest child I developed an allergy to my ring which was white gold. I called Shane co and they did not have my ring in platinum. I was sad to hear this since I really like my ring and didn’t want a new one as it wouldn’t mean as much to me upgrading so soon after getting married. Shane co contacted their jeweler and they agreed to make my ring in platinum. They offered a grade trade in price for my original ring and I didn’t have to pay too much out of pocket for the upgrade in metal. We are very impressed ... read more
