In an era of Lifebooker, Groupons, etc., it's very east to jump from one hairstylist to another. However, this is my 4th time returning to have my hair cut by Carlos. I got a deal a while back, and since, I have remained loyal because I love the way he cuts my curly hair. He really listens to my needs, but also gives me his professional input. I will continue to come back to Shampoo Ave B :) Very satisfied!

I've been going to Shampoo Avenue B for over 2 years for color and cut. I've had multiple colorists and have had a great experience with all. And that's saying a lot because I'm kind of a freak about my hair. If you are at all nervous about trying/finding a new salon, this is the one to come to.
Shampoo Avenue B is such a gem. Wonderful staff, amazing atmosphere. Have been coming to Carlos for years and he is the best. Equally brilliant for cuts and colour. Highly highly reco!
I was recommended to go here by a friend who also recommended several other friends of his to this salon. My first time I was a bit nervous but they treated me well and I was super happy with the results. I walked out a new, and improved me. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for a couple of years now. I love that when I walk in the people at the front desk are extremely polite and some even remember me and greet me by name. I'm always offered a beverage and if I'm kept waiting for some reason (which rarely happens), they always check in on me to make sure I'm okay. Little things like that make all the difference.
