Dr. Castro is friendly and caring, as well as a fine healthcare provider.
My stepson and I both had an appointment with Dr. Castro. Everyone at the office in Southwood was very caring and kind. Dr. Castro went out of her way to help both my stepson and I. It was very hard for me to choose a Doctor I thought I could trust and I really think I have found just that.
Professional, courteous, caring, and to the point.
Dr Castro listened to concerns, re-voiced them to make sure that she understood what I was concerned about. Then discussed each issue, discussed test results and options. She took her time, did not use computer while we were speaking! She is very attentive, caring and thorough.
I was not able to have an apt. The office called me at 8:30am on the apt date to cancel the apt.
