Dr. Castro is a fabulous PCP from my experiences as her patient. She is thorough during each and every visit, follows up on past medical issues always (never missing a beat) and genuinely cares.

On 4/15/20 I woke up to a UTI, I have a history of this problem, and called my provider for an order for a sample to be done at the lab. I was told I needed an appt., when I explained, my situation, I understood to leave my specimen at Quest. However, when I arrived, there was no order, and I could not get one until I made my appt. I then went to the office and once again was told without an appt., I would not get antibiotics to treat my UTI. I then had to go to the ER for the lab work and treatment. Dr. Castro has referred me to other specialists for further consultation and care. I am greatly impressed. She is a true professional who advocates for her patients first.
I had my first visit with Dr. Castro yesterday and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. The building is new and clean and parking is convenient. The building is 1 story so those with limitations don't have to worry about struggling from the car to the office. And the best part is Dr. Castro is awesome! I just moved here from Nashville and I put off finding a FP because of the new patient drill. Dr. Castro is a very good physician who listens and accepts your decisions on your health matters. She makes appropriate, good medical recommendations. But if your decision is not to agree, she accepts your decision and so notes it on the medical record. She provides very good recommendations, and I have found her medical advice very helpful for my medical needs.
Dr. Castro, Paul and the entire staff are always pleasant and more than helpful. They always take the time to listen and are concerned about me, not just pushing us through to get to the next patient. That means alot.
The office is conveniently located with plenty of parking, the staff is always very pleasant. I never have to wait for more than a few minutes to be seen and Dr. Castro is awesome.
