Impossible to talk to anybody by phone.
I have only had 1 visit with Dr Castro as of this time so I cannot rate her as a doctor yet. However, her office phone is not manned well, if at all. On the extremely rare occasion that you get to speak with someone from there on the phone, the person can be pleasant. But I have only spoken to them over the phone when the call came from their office. Unfortunately, when you try to call them, it takes numerous tries before anyone answers the phone. Very positive. I was seen after a short wait and Lisa and Dr. Castro were direct helpful and quite efficient
I was seen by Paul. He made me feel very comfortable because I have always have had female doctors. He was very helpful and answering my questions and understood what I needed. I like all the Staff they are very welcoming.
I really felt comfortable with Paul and he answered all my questions. I felt really welcomed and everyone was nice.

Very easy to schedule, excellent front office staff, outstanding information and visit with DR. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with the level of service and consultation with the DR. Highly recommend!!
Haven’t been to the doctor in a while and my wife has been on me to go and get a primary set up. So I checked around and Castro’s name came up more than a few times. The experience was great she didn’t rush at all once in the room, explained everything in detail and the one small concern I had she set me up to get a multitude of tests to rule out everything possible. I have been to eleven doctors in the past fifteen years but got relief for my pain. One visit and I was actually listened to. Within two weeks, I felt like a new person. My husband said he has his old wife back. I cannot thank Dr. Castro enough for her help.
