Highly recommend DrShaffer and staff.
Visited with Dr. Shaffer in preparation for my next Colonoscopy (not my favorite thing!) He was pleasant, professional, had a sense of humor. We had a pleasant informative discussion.
Staff contacts prior to my visit were very professional. Same for day if my visit. Was seen on time and by very courteous and professional staff. This was my second colonoscopy and service has not diminished over the years. My total time away from home was tight at 3 hours. Excellent!
Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Dr Shaffer was very thorough and explained my results very clearly.
Dr Shaffer was very knowledgeable and understanding of my injury and it was my first time visiting. He had records already in his file I haven't seen. I definitely recommend Dr. Shaffer and his staff anytime.

My colonoscopy in 2013 with Dr. Shaffer was not only done perfectly but it also led to the discovery of a growth on my thyroid which was eventually removed! Dr Shaffer not only possibly saved my life with his expertise but will be the doctor for my second colonoscopy in two weeks. He has a calming and extremely professional manner second to none.
