Dr Shaffer called me promptly at the correct time and responded to my questions
I recently had an endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled with Dr. Schaeffer; highly recommend him and his staff for your gastrology needs. All staff members were very professional, in light of COVID-19 restrictions, I felt very safe throughout the entire time in the facility. Upon completion of the procedures, the doctor explained in layman’s terms my issues. Overall a great experience!
Everyone was pleasant at the office. There was a short waiting time to get called in. I felt no pain from the operation. You just go to sleep and you wake up and it's over.

Very good patient interaction. Strong verbal skillset for explaining procedures and results. Great sense of humor and demeanor. I have had seven gastroenterologists and he is the best I have used in 24 years.
