Very pleased with Dr. Shaffer.
Dr. Shaffer and his team made my 1st colonoscopy a painless experience. He also has a great sense of humor which really helped put me at ease prior to the procedure. I highly recommend him.
My husband recently had a colonoscopy done with Dr. Shaffer in October, since the day after the procedure my husband has had severe leg back and neck pain, after multiple Dr. visits, blood work, MRI and now seeing a pain management DR we are now told he has bulging discs due to positioning during the colonoscopy, he was obviously handled roughly while sedated to have bulging discs in his mid back and neck. After this experience I will never get a colonoscopy and he will never get one again.
Dr Shaffer is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He spent time with me. He didn't rush through the appointment. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Excellent physician.
I have found very few doctors to be as caring and concerned with my well being.
