Someone should ALWAYS be in the Records Dept to help patients get copies of x-rays, MRIs etc. I understand people getting a holiday but there should be someone there and that individual gets another day off. When called the message said someone would call me back, didn't say anything about no one being in the department today. When no one called back I went to the location and was told to go to the Emergency Dept and someone would help me there. They couldn't help as they had no authority to release records. Setons lack of care for their patients astounds me. We found out today at my daughters pediatrician appt. that they dropped all of the medicaid patients from their coverage. No notice at all, just show up and no coverage.
Not all up to date on Billing;etc. Have made threats; calling everday; & debt collection. I have been paying it off; & now, only owe 75.00. I myself have called; Does not matter; Have a letter stating fees & debt collection.Does not show payments in the system; saying different amounts;etc. Harrassing & threating. This is also Medicare. They say to consult with my attorney.

Around the start of our summer family trip, my wife fell and broke her ankle. Although she was in considerable pain, my brother-in-law and his wife, and I managed to transport her to Brakenridge Austin Emergency. On arrival, it was as if huge burden had been taken off me. All the way from Security, to the Doctors, Techs, Nurses, on duty, just took over. Since Dr Needham left not satisfied with current Doctor. Our first visit with her she asked what kind of insurance I had? She changed once she found out my child has Medicaid. I asked her to look at rash my son had she told me she is very busy & to make another appointment to come back. I live in San Marcos drive to Lockhart, very busy too. She rushed our visit and wasn't helpful & very disappointed in her. Dr Ghizlane Benchekroune
