I've been going to Seton for well over 30 years for most of my medical needs. My last visit to Seton Main was the most traumatic, horrifying experience I've ever had in my life at a Hospital ! Too many things to list ! No email anywhere to file complaints ! Customer Experience line is a Joke ! Follow up care is non existent ! Seton couldn't even get my phone number correct ! Faith Based?? Exactly the opposite as far as I'm concerned ! Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !

A year ago, my 6 day old daughter spent 3 days at Dell Children's. The care was fine. This review reflects the billing process. My daughter was covered under an insurance plan at the date of service. That insurance company has not received a claim for the service and the timely filing deadline is up in 4 days. The insurance company has repeatedly called Seton's billing department to assure them that my daughter was covered, and that they still have not received a claim. I am calling Seton's billing department daily, and am m... read more

My treatment here has been very very poor. No cares about what I say about my pain and treatment is very unsatisfactory. I have had to wait many hours in order to receive any type of treatment. 5 hours for pill for headache, 5 hours for pain medication. I had to wait 15 minutes out in the hallway on the 7th floor while the nurses figured out which room i was supposed to be in. I am being treated like I know nothing of my own body. The Doctors some nurses and both the Charge Nurses that i seen were very rude and condensing to... read more

I've been searching for a way to provide feedback and so far this is all I can come up with. I delivered at Seton Main a few days ago and my experience did NOT start out well. I arrived to labor and delivery with quite strong contractions. I got to the window and told them I needed to check in. First of all their computer systems had been down for a few weeks due to a hack which I understand makes things harder however the responses I got all night were pathetic and unkind. I...Continue Reading

They force feed their app download when all you want to do is access your mail! Why do suck large organizations like Seton insist on being lowbrows when it comes to technology?

Last January, I suffered an aortic dissection which caused a blockage in the lower aorta, impeding circulation from my waist down. After two ER's (one at St David's, one at Cedar Park Regional, two horror stories in and of themselves) and a week's stay at CPRMC, I was still in extreme pain and unable to sit up, walk more than a few feet or stand. Fast forward a week, and my PCP listens to me (the first one to do so in two weeks). He catches on to the fact that I may be having circulation issues. Now keep in mind at both ERs ... read more
