Best place to get health care in Central Texas, hands down. Seton's mission to care for the poor and vulnerable is inspiring.
I was a patient at SNW in early August 2016, and it was a very good experience from the ED events and testing and when I was admitted to a floor. The nurses and the clinical assistants did a great job. I wasn't allowed to be out of bed without a staff member being there, and they checked on me frequently. The housekeepers and dietary employees were so nice and humble in carrying out their duties. Everyone seemed to like their jobs.

Humancare is so far from how I've been treated in their Hospitals, that it is an outright lie. I have now had three interactions with Seton Brackenridge and Seton Northwest. Without going into personal details here, all I can say is that it's gone from bad to worse with last night's episode absolutely being dangerous and outright neglect. I had to go to Seton Shoals Creek Hospital off of Mills Avenue for Phsychatric help. Everyone was so amazing! Staff couldn't have been more caring, was afraid to go and ready to leave, but felt very safe. Going to miss everyone, especially one of my nurses, Nurse Ashey! Thank you Shoal Creek for helping me and keeping me as safe and comfortable as humanly possible!!
