I go to the seton mind institute off of 38th street at Seton Hospital. I've been a patient for 4 or so years. This is a teaching facility so be prepared to have different doctors every few years. My first appointment with my new doctor, Robert Cusser, was pretty bad. It was clear he hadn't read my file and new nothing about my case. When it came time to my meds, he didn't even know that Vyvanse can't be sent in electronically. So, I told him that I nerve a physical one. We brought my daughter in when she had an accident at the lake. I gave 3 stars because the hospital staff and emergency care she received was excellent. And they were extra careful in cleaning and stitching because she had fallen into a lake water hole with a broken off board down inside the hole and they were worried about infection...So, the hospital staff gets 5 stars! The Admin Staff gets 1 star. We've been trying to get her records for weeks and keep getting the run around about who, where and how to send the request. S... read more
Daughter sent to e.r. for mri for a bulge in her arm after falling and they said go home and make an appointment it's to late in the day and the machine isnt on. Uncaring bunch of malpractice idiots. Now she has to suffer all weekend ythe make an appointment for God knows when. I'm coming after you if her hand is messed up further because of your laziness. Wouldn't even give her meds for the pain.
So much good about Seton as a system, but the Lab at the Marble Falls Clinic cost them 5 stars. It's bad enough the lab's stated hours don't start until 8, which means, every 3 months, I'm late to work, but they don't respect the fact that most of us are fasting for these labs...I have never been called back before 8:30. Their comment when I asked why? "You can drive to Burnet, they open at 7." Burnet is 30 miles away...so much for "service." I wish I could rate the Lab separately.
Just horrible. ... Even Georgetown was better Sad that you get ignored and they call law if you question things.....
