Who would I contact about the unconscionably rude receptionist at the pediatrician's office, whom I had to deal with on the day my child was diagnosed autistic? Who was uncooperative, nasty, argumentative, and just cost her practice a patient, because it took us 2 extra minutes to get out of the car in the rain. I've tried the website for complaint info., but have had no luck. Thank you.
I went to my doctor in August for a checkup. She's with Seton Family of Doctors. She sent me downstairs in her building to have blood drawn. The lab is called Seton Network Laboratory. So now I get a bill for out-of-network services. After talking to four people, my bill still stands.
