Don't tell your patients you might get a bill in the mail if you cancel your appointment. I called as soon as I could to cancel my appointment because things come up. I was told I might get a bill for the copay even though I didn't go. "So maybe I get a bill, maybe I don't?" I said. The girl then says yeah you probably will get a bill. I couldn't get a clear answer from her! Very unprofessional. I will never go back!

RecommendedTransferred there for stress test and stayed in the Observation Unit. All the staff were amazing but special thanks go to 3 nurses in particular, Robin and Meredith of the Obs Unit and Joana in the Stress Lab, they really made my stay painless and enjoyable. Thanks again, Danny Mellette.

I went in a few weeks ago dehydrated from a stomach flu and feeling very anxious about how my chest was feeling and body shakes. I am getting older and have never had these feelings. I went in and with 20 minutes had an EKG and nurse assistance. Within 45 minutes I had an IV and tests running to determine infection and treatment plan. Above all Dr Beatty made me feel comfortable and assured me it was the dehydration making my body react that way. I was immediately at ease. While admitted to the hospital I was strongly encourage to pay my bill upfront (I don't think this is right). Against my better judgement, I paid my balance after discharge. Finally Seton billed my insurance (took forever) and my insurance paid the bill, and I had overpaid by $2,100. In July I called to have my balance adjusted and a refund issued. After 2 follow up calls, I find out today that the balance still was adjusted correctly and I have to wait 2 more weeks for this process to happen. This admission was back in Apri... read more
Totalmente decepcionada, despues de estar con ustedes 13 años. Mis visitas a Seton MCCarthy no las recomiendo,todo el tiempo veo diferentes Drs. y enfermeras llegas pides cita y te dicen que estan MUY ocupados cuando he esperado por varias horas y no llega ni un solo paciente. Y llamo a la enfermera para hacer cita y me dice valla a emergencia 😮por un dolor de garganta ??? Cuando sabemos que es un dineral visitar emergencias. Went emergency room for stomach pain and took less than 3 hours to start treatment .The staff were very friendly and very helpful with my treatment .was there for 2 days as my Pancreatius was swolen

Horrible predatory pricing practices! Get ready for the surprise, or should I say, AMBUSH! During my wife's pregnancy, we received 4 ultrasounds at Seton. Each one was performed by the same Seton doctors. When we got the bills in the mail, one was 3 times more expensive. When I called to ask,"why", no one could explain why the same service performed by the same doctors cost 3x more. Not to mention, the doctor was an hour late to that U/S.
