Love the hospitals themselves and the staff, but once you leave all shred of customer service standard leaves. I don't think I've ever NOT had an issue when trying to pay a bill. Their customer service people are impolite, unhelpful, and frustrating to deal with. I wish I'd have opted to take the survey at the end of the call so I could rate my experience as dissatisfied.

Hired your own radiologists/doctors. I have experienced dealing with ARA doctors both at Seton and St. David’s . Neither one these doctors were sensitive. And the one at Seton said I didn’t cooperate with him and wrote it on my chart. I was under a lot of stress didn’t expect to deal with this doctors personally. I was there around two and a half hours when I t thought I would be in and out. And the doctor said that I had to have a biopsy and would not accept my wanting a different option. The most unprofessional way of handling a Diagnosis I have ever seen!! I nave been an RN for the past 40 years and can’t believe how my daughter’s case was handled from the ER to being admitted up to the floor. I will be contacting the Board of Directors to know what went on but I’m sure this must happen all the time. Who is overseeing these Drs and what they tell patients when they have NO information on a true DX. I have tried to pay a bill 3 times called 4 times and asked to speak with a billing supervisor twice and never received a return phone call. I have provided my credit card details twice and the payment has never posted to my account. Another bill paid at the same time did post. What is being done with my credit card information? This facility is the WORST place to end up when you have to use the Social Workers. They care NOTHING for their patients that have mental needs. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with the Social Worker department. You will definitely feel lost, helpless and taken advantage of.
