I've never been to a dentist that has this level of efficiency, cleanliness, and smoothness with regards to the customer experience. The fact that I get text reminders in the week and days leading up to my appointment is such a neat feature. Then when I get there, I love that all the disclosure forms are able to be completed via iPad. Alex is such a good dude, and everytime he cleans my teeth he's also giving me tips on how to take care of my teeth between visits.
