Gift cards useless- I would not buy them!Sephora online and customer service do not seem to care about their consumers. Beware buying their gift cards. I had 3 gift cards which I had not used during COVID. 2 of the gift cards were at least $50 a piece. And 1 I purchased for $25. When I tried to use 1 card it way lower than I expected. The other 2 gift cards which I knew I had not used did not have the full balances. Instead both had a strange balance of $13.97. I then called their customer service and got the run around.
