Sephora has horrendous customer service. My package was never received, and Sephora refused to (in good faith) issue a replacement or a credit. I have never known another company to refuse to do that, especially given the fact that the mail system is not 100% reliable and that thefts occur. There were several items totaling $125. I will never shop at Sephora again.

Very unsatisfied with my lost package from Sephora ******. *********** lost yet again my parcel. Sephora won't refund me nor send me another parcel. They only have to do a service **** to get their money back and refund me but no. So I am here without my skincare/makeup with a 250$ **** ??. *********** won't refund me because I am not the one who sent the parcel (obviously). I wish I was able to give them zero stars, since that is what they deserve. I placed a order on 5/6 and was told it would arrive by 5/13. I waited for the arrival date and when I noticed it was late I even gave it a few more days before I contacted Sephora. On 5/19 I reached out to customer service and was told that I will have an update by 5/20. I contacted them today 5/21 and representative informed me that the package was lost. I had the worst online shopping experience in my life. I placed my order on 17 th of April and have waited for almost a week to receive an email saying it shipped. I live in Tulsa. The order shipped to Tulsa on 24 th Saturday and then to Oklahoma City? The whole process is so frustrating since I am not going to receive my package for couple more days. I got an email saying "Thank you for your inquiry reporting issues with your order(s). I cancelled membership, blocked emails and notified Sephora customer service of a complaint. They began sending emails again so I attempted to unsubscribe again. I verified the contact was legitimately from Sephora. They have now created a false email with my name to circumvent my previous requests for no contact. THIS IS DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE.
Since they decided to be political and cancel ****** ensing I will no longer support this organization.
I would give them no stars but that was not an option. I've been using Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer in "Nude" for 30 years. I buy them a few at a time, at Sephora. A month later I open a new tube and the color is soooo off...orangie. I try to return it at San Tan Village, but they are closed due to Covid...I try again a few weeks later, still closed.
