I purchased a dryer brush from Sephora less than a year ago. After no more than 20 uses the brush stopped working. The company that makes the brush is not responding to emails to fulfill a warranty claim (seems to have happened to many people) and Sephora claims there is nothing they can do to assist me as I am outside of their 90 day window. If you look up the product on their site, there are many 1 star reviews dating back through the last year stating the same issue with the brush dying less than a year in, yet Sephora co... read more

To allow a purchase to process for in store pickup prior to confirmation of the items being in stock and then refusing to refund the customer for 14 days is pure theft. This should never happen.
