returned products on 7/14/23. It is now 9/10/23. I am hoping this nightmare is coming to an end. I returned products and was still told I owed money even though I had no products since they were returned. Placed an order with Sephora online, got notification that the order was ready and upon arrival the employees were in the store but the power was out. They refused to assist me with picking up the order that I already paid for. I proceeded to contact the corporate office where an employee hung up in my face. This place is sub par and their employees are true reflections. Take notes from **** *****

I purchased something via paypal and returned it in-store within 30 days and their policy for paypal purchases is to return a store credit instead of returning to the card that was used. This was not noted during checkout. I would never have paid with a method if I could not get my money back.

Im aware that the return process can take up to 30 days. With that being said, the email confirmation once the returned item was received indicates that refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Now that its past that time frame, Im being gaslit and told that that official form of communication doesnt mean anything and that I cant be helped for another 30 days. I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for many years (since 2011). I recently used points for a sephora gift card. This item was mismarketed. It was not a gift card and cannot be used like a gift card. I was not made aware of the terms until after I purchased it and saw it in the email. I feel frustrated and annoyed that they would offer this option marketed as a gift card.

I would give zero stars if i could. I placed two orders recently including one with a gift card and they cancelled them without notice and when i called was hung up on twice before i was told that it is because i returned an item in September ( i ordered mascara and received perfume) and i owe them the money for it because they refunded it to a card i no longer had and when i tried to explain that to them they told me it wasnt their problem and they did their job. I bought a Sephora set online in ******, but I didnt open it immediately after receiving it. When I opened it recently, I found that a serum(which is the most valuable product in the set) was much less than when I bought it. It shows 15ml at that time (I had a screenshot), but in fact it was only 5ml.
