When visiting a store I asked an associate of my points on the Sephora account for being a beauty insider expired. She said of course not! Imagine the surprise when I go to use my points for my birthday to get myself something special with all the points I’ve been saving and now they’re gone! Surprise surprise customer service said “there’s nothing we can do to give you back your points” points people, not dollars. I would use zero stars if I could. So I have *********** endometriosis, and PCOS. This greatly limits the types of products I should be putting on my skin. For Christmas I got a bunch of conventional makeup from Sephora so I went to return it and got a store only credit after doing research to find out they seemed to carry a bunch of clean makeup brands. I have been a customer for several years. I attempted to make a return that was within the return window and I was denied. The staff online and customer service managers ****** and **** declined to forward my issue to the operations manager after asking several times. I have never received such bad service from ****. I definitely will no longer patronize this business and will go to **** from now on.

My order was canceled and my account was locked without any reason. After 10 days and 4 supervisors later (where I was given 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue) the issue hasn't been resolved then finally when they decided to unlock my account claiming it was a technical glitch they refused to honor 15% off that I used when placed original order that's been canceled by Sephora... After back to back arguing they finally processed a replacement order. I've been ROUGE and VIB member for years. Simply unbelievable crappy custom... read more
