these people need a higher wage too live ... because the cost of living has gone up
So far don't see anything happening for the other staff members in the hospital, the RN's have union and are better staffed though. The nurse assistants and the rest of the staff are understaffed and unappreciated. Currently working at Allegheny General hospital on the Northside of Pittsburgh.
