Awful, awful organization. Had a SEIU worker at my hospital tell a co-worker that if our department didn't give them anything to bargain for, they would bargain to have us replaced by volunteers. I must have missed the memo that says being satisfied with pay and working conditions disqualifies you from employment. A union bargaining to cut workers! This has to be a first.
