Getting us great wages is about as far as I would go to say the union is good. Now if the union would fight to get us our pay?? That would be even better. Cheswick Rehab and Wellness has been screwing up everyone’s pay and PTO since day one when they bought it in September 2017. We can’t get a straight answer from MRC about what should and should not be done. Nobody keeps us informed as to what is being done. Very poor representation when you need it most. No one ever shows and if they do it's only on phone conference! Don't be fooled, they will not support you when you need it most! Take it from me, who worked 30 years without a discipline and am still fighting for my job without Union support!

This is the weakest Union I still don't have a contract from last year and I surely hope that you're not going to raise my union dues in my wages haven't even went up and I would hope that we get wrecked you after that here in Pittsburgh PA , for the Kane's Allegheny County ....IT'S SO SAD
