The heads on my hard drive died. I lost around 12 years of pictures (440 GB) along with all other data on that drive. I'm happy to say that Secure Data Recovery got back 100% of my lost data. At first, the cost was a little steep, but Frederick Wright (my contact through the whole process) helped me lower the cost tremendously by lowering the priority of my recovery. This process is not cheap, but if you have lost data, I would highly recommend Secure Data Recovery.

The pictures on my damaged hard drive were most precious to me. I was so scared they could not be recovered, not to mention other important files. Frederick at SDR made me feel at ease and since I was not in a big hurry he saved me money as well. These guys are great. I've used them a few times (unfortunately) to help recover critical data from hard drive crashes. They are straight shooters. Reasonably priced, Efficient. Good online tools to track progress. Would recommend them to anyone who has drive failures and who need to recover critical data.
